Use Photoshop Elements tools

As you drag, you preview both the size and hardness of the painting tool. If the Tool Options bar is not visible, click the tool icon in the toolbox or click Tool Options in the Taskbar. In this case, however, it works from the area around where you are painting. Sometimes a bit of color is all a picture needs to help capture the mood and the moment. Dodging and burning have their roots in the days when photographers developed their films in a darkroom.
